While some of the information is mandatory to be displayed, some other information is optional but suggested to show to the users for clarity. These test cases are in place to minimise the post booking escalations due to non-visibility of the important information.

Pre-Booking Flow:

1. Fare Rules - Cancellation Penalty & Rescheduling Penalty along with the time limit till when these changes are possible - Mandatory
2. Layover details - Mandatory
3. Technical Stop if present - Mandatory
4. Cabin Baggage & Check-In Baggage - Mandatory
5. Class - Mandatory
6. Price change pop-up - Mandatory
7. Baggage change pop-up - Mandatory
8. GST details input - Mandatory for SME/Corporate fares
9. Refundable / Non-Refundable - Mandatory
10. ​Meal / Baggage / Seat option(SSR) - Optional
11. No. of seats left - Optional
12. Travel Insurance - Optional

Post-Booking Flow:

1. PAX Name - Mandatory
2. PNR - Mandatory
3. Flight Details - Mandatory
4. Fare Rules - Optional

Bookings in PRODUCTION

You can use the following sectors when doing bookings in Production environment.

Domestic Sector

• DEL - BOM for both one way and round trip

International Sector

• DEL - BKK for both one way and round trip

Criteria for getting refund of LIVE Bookings

• Book Refundable fares only
• Book only LCC airline
• Difference between booking date and travel date should be 10 days
• Do not use dummy guest names for ticketing

**Not following the above criteria will lead to non-refund of booking amount.
